1st Vinayaka • Yatra Origin

The starting and concluding shrine of the Ashtavinayak pilgrimage. Here Ganesha rode a peacock (Mayur) to vanquish demon Sindhu and restore cosmic order.
2nd Vinayaka

The only deity among the eight with a right-curving trunk (Right-trunk Ganesha). Lord Vishnu prayed here atop the hill to attain siddhi before vanquishing Madhu and Kaitabha.
3rd Vinayaka

The only temple named after a devoted child bhakta, Ballal. Touched by his unconditional devotion, Ganesha made his devotee's name precede his own forever.
